Ultrasound first!

Do you have another imaging appointment on the same day? If you have multiple imaging appointments on the same day e.g. an x-ray, CT scan, or MRI, please advise our staff at the time of your booking.

It is preferable that your ultrasound scan with us is the first appointment of the day.

 

Arrive 15 minutes early

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your allowed time so you can complete necessary paperwork.

 

Your Results

Your results will be sent to your referring doctor. Unfortunately we cannot discuss your results with you directly or send you the results directly.

 

Are you late for an appointment?

If you are late for your appointment by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and rebooked at the next available date. This would likely be on another day entirely. Please call to confirm a new appointment day and time if you are late and cannot come to us.

If you are late for your appointment, please do contact us as soon as you are aware that you will be late. Ideally we can shift another patient into your booking time for a ‘swap’ or provide more care to another patient.

 

Do you need to cancel?

Please leave more than 24 hours notice of a cancellation to provide us with enough time to book others into your slot. We are consistently booked and cancellations can be valuable to other patients, particularly those with severe vascular issues or emergency patients.
